Our History: A Legacy of Love and Dedication
At P23, this is more than just a building. It’s a passion project, deeply rooted in our family’s history, representing decades of commitment and care. This land has been a treasured heirloom for over 70 years, starting with Khun Pricha Asvaintra, the first generation of our family. He originally acquired this space as a stable for his beloved racehorses, a symbol of his hard work in the pharmaceutical industry. It was here, on Sukhumvit Soi 23, where Khun Pricha himself lived, and where generations of Asvaintra family members thrived.
A Building That Evolved with Time
As the city of Bangkok evolved, so did this special place. What started as a horse stable transformed into Pricha Court in 1953, one of the first high-rise apartment buildings in Sukhumvit Soi 23. For many years, it stood tall as a symbol of our family’s growth, housing generations of Asvaintra. As Asoke developed into a bustling hub, it became clear that this land held immense potential for something even greater. From the beginning of this new project, we wanted to honor Khun Pricha and his legacy, and therefore, the new building that will replace Pricha Court is fittingly named P23.
Honoring Our Ancestors with a New Vision
Now in the hands of the 3rd generation of the Asvaintra family, P23 represents more than just a business venture; it’s a tribute to those who came before us. The current generation in charge of P23 lived here during his primary school years with his grandfather, Khun Pricha, and attended school further down the soi. This project holds deep personal meaning for him, as it is now a place for him to work and continue the legacy of the Asvaintra family.
Our commitment to this land is unwavering—it will never be sold, but instead cherished and nurtured for generations to come. We wanted to create something that not only serves the needs of today but honors our ancestors’ legacy—a place where our family and guests can create new memories.
